Post Nidra vibes + shares

Another amazing yoga nidra session …. some things just click and nidra is definitely one of those things. I find that I’m way more yang/masculine influenced from the weights to kickboxing, running and going hard at things that it’s so nice to dive into this stillness and completely REST of the body. Even sitting up in my own meditations can be active, the body is working on keeping itself upright. your chasing your mind + even your breath holds a different space. The nidra, the savasana, the surrender is so sweet when you stop resisting…. much like a lot of things in life. The things that feel so good we tend to fight back a bit, or at least I do…. but with all this, I’m learning to let go and ask myself questions instead of telling myself what I should be doing and when I pause for a minute in an intentional hand on heart moment and ask myself what would feel good right now…. a softness comes and I follow the flow of what feels good, whatever it may be and with absolute no judgement. The relationship we have with our own being is the most important one of all and what we need, comes from within…. always.
